Ordering Assistance

The process of placing an order with Silver Spring Graphics Limited is simple and easy to complete within a few steps to for requested item/s.

Please follow these steps when placing your order.

1. Finding the items you would like to purchase

Our items can be filtered by the following methods, with the ability to search and browse for items using keywords for results found throughout the shop. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our online shop. When you find an item that you would like to find further information on such as personalisation, dispatch times and product specifications, simply click on the title or name of the item to be redirected to the individual product page.

Our products are categorised by New In, Homeware, Accessories, Cards and Gift Wrap, Collections and Gifts by Occasion. There is also the option to filter gifts by price in order to suit your individual budget.

2. Adding items to your shopping cart

If you would like to order an item from Silver Spring Graphics Limited, simply select from the dropdown boxes on the product page in relation to possible personalisation and pricing options. To add the item/s to your cart simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page. A notification message will appear confirming your item has been added to your cart. You are able to continue shopping or simply click on the cart icon at the top of the page to review your item/s added to the cart and is available to check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the link at the top of every page of our website.

To add personalisation details to your order there is a specific text box with the title of “Special instructions for seller”, please add all requested personal details where possible in order to complete the production of your placed item/s. If you do not wish to add a particular details please state this within these details and your personalisation will be adapted on the final item. If you place an order and forget to add personalisation please contact with the reference of your order together with the required details as soon as possible.

Please note that if an order is placed without any personalised details then an email request will be sent from for the required details to complete your order, in this situation there may be a delay to your order completion and this will be stated and confirmed within any email correspondence.

3. Proceed to checkout

When you're ready to place an order for everything in the cart, please on click the "Check out” button. You will be taken to the first page of the checkout and guided through the payment process. The following payment methods are accepted by Silver Spring Graphics Limited on this shop American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay and Visa. All orders are to be paid in GBP as the prices are denominated on the online shop. All orders must be prepaid. All payments are processed with a secure link between our online shop via Shopify and our bank to ensure your card details are kept secure and various fraud checks can take place. The transaction will be referenced as Silver Spring Graphics.

4. Checking your details before submitting your order
Please take a few moments before placing your order to check the accuracy of all of the information and details you have provided. All personalisation details are copied and pasted into final products from the information provided on the order details.

Please ensure address details are supplied in full postal format, in order to avoid undeliverable products. Please note that no refunds or replacement products will be provided based on the wrong delivery address details being supplied.

5. How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
You will receive confirmation on screen of the transaction being completed and you will also receive a confirmation email.

6. What should I do if my credit or debit card has been declined? 
Only your bank is able to provide you information as to why your card has been declined. Please contact them in the first instance in order to address any issues. You should also check if the card has expired and whether all numbers entered are correct as per the card details shown.

The order will be suspended. If you would like to try again with a different card, simply go back to your order page and enter your card details again

7. I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
If you recently placed an order, please check to see if you have received an email confirmation of the item/s dispatch. Please note that due to COVID-19 some areas are still experiencing postal delays of up to 6 business days. Please also check that postal details are correct to ensure that there are no issues regrading it’s delivery.
